Internal number options

Outgoing CIDChangess Caller ID, if call goes via trunk. All these options changes common Caller ID from trunk.
How long to call?Time of call in seconds before forwarding to voicemail. By default common value from common settings is being used. If voicemail is turned off this option will be ignored.
Call waitingSet Call Waiting for this user
FilterFilter for all external calls. Caller MUST say his name and after that user will decide should he pick up or not.
Emergency Service CIDThis CID will be setted up for outgoing calls marked as emergency calls.
Automatically create incoming route for this number

Description DIDDescription for this DID, for example "Fax"
Add incoming DIDDID, linked with phone. Must be provided in spicified format (for example, full number, 4 didgets for 10x4, etc).

Format: XXXXXXXXXX.

Add incoming CIDAdd CID for more accurate routing for DID + CID. DID must be specified in previous field "Add DID".

Phrase before the signal to start recording.


Press 0:After pressing 0 during voice mail playback user will be forwarded to operator. Please do not specify if there is another forwarding. This option is avaible if VmX-locator is turned off. In this case user will be forwarded to operator.
Forward to operator
Press 1:The remaining options can include internal numbers, call groups, queues and avaible external numbers. This is usually used to add your mobile number. You must test your number to be sure that everything works properly without any problems (for example: caller gets a message "invalid number").
Press 2:Use any internal number, call groups, queues or external numbers.

Don't forget to rewrite personal voice mail message and add some instructions into it. You must test your number to be sure that everything works properly.
